Chakita Wellness Membership Terms

By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following:

  • Memberships require a three-month minimum commitment and continue monthly afterward.

  • Your membership payment will be charged automatically each month to the card on file.

  • After the initial three months, you may cancel by providing at least seven days’ written notice before your next billing date.

  • Memberships may be paused up to two times per year after the initial commitment.

  • Membership services and discounts are for the member only and cannot be transferred, shared, or combined with other promotions.

  • Unused monthly services may roll over for one additional month, with a maximum of two unused services available at one time.

  • Account-balance membership credits do not expire and remain on your account after cancellation. Member-only pricing ends when the membership is cancelled.

  • Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Chakita Wellness’s regular cancellation, late-arrival, and no-show policies apply to all membership appointments.

  • Services are subject to professional consultation and may be adjusted when necessary for your comfort or safety.

  • Membership payments are non-refundable once processed.

  • Membership benefits, pricing, or terms may change with at least 30 days’ notice.
